I supported share class setup activities using Viaduct applications and Ready Report Data (RRD) spreadsheets, enabling the generation of new Factsheet reports. By applying Risk events, root-cause analysis and process improvement thinking, I resolved a Factsheet distribution query, enhancing the process reliability. I also developed customized Excel templates to address translation issues and acquired beginner-level proficiency in VBA, engineering a macro that automated data transfer, saving approximately 140 hours annually.
