I bring more than two decades of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), leading global engineering and digital transformation programmes across the automotive and aerospace industries. My career spans extensive customer‑facing roles in India, the UK, China, Sweden, and the United States, working with world‑class organizations including Jaguar Land Rover, Boeing, Scania etc. along with extensive delivery leadership in India.Since Feb 2025, I have been programme managing the entire Tata Technologies team supporting the value streams across JLR IDT PLM, ensuring strategic alignment, cross‑functional coordination, and high‑quality delivery across all service areas. I focus on aligning delivery with JLR’s digital engineering strategy, enabling stable PLM operations, and driving continuous improvement across the service landscape.From 2018 to 2025, I was based in the UK as part of Tata Technologies’ engagement with Jaguar Land Rover, where I led PLM Operations for JLR IDT PLM, served as the Area Product Owner in SAFe Agile for Engineering PLM capability development, and headed the Test Factory for PLM Quality Management. I played a key role in the Agile transformation of PLM Operations, working closely with engineering, digital, and manufacturing teams to strengthen product data quality, system readiness, and operational excellence across the digital thread.Earlier in my career, I contributed to major PLM initiatives in China, Sweden and the US, gaining broad global exposure in implementation, migration, customization, and enterprise support. These experiences strengthened my ability to work across cultures, manage multi‑location teams, and build strong customer relationships.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, which form the foundation of my understanding of engineering processes, product data, and digital systems. My focus remains on building capable teams, simplifying delivery workflows, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting organisations in enhancing their digital engineering and PLM maturity.
