   5 star and 4 star Hilton Hotel at Embassy Tech village bangalore with 2 basement and 10 floors each.• Discuss with the project team in the preparation of Contract Programs with the agreed WBS structure in line with the Conditions of Contract set out for the project and obtaining approval from the client as per the Contract.• Assessment of risk in relation to the program/project and reporting to the project director with the solutions to resolve and complete the project in time as per the client’s requirement in line with the Contract.• Review the budget set out for each project and monitor it on a weekly basis as per the timesheets submitted by all the resources for each project.• Conduct Project kick-off and weekly progress meetings with all the stakeholders involved in the project and issue the minutes to all concerned parties including project director.• Verification of Contractor’s/stake holder’s clause 14 program along with method of statement, Cash flow and Manpower Histogram and issuing approval to the Contractors and stakeholders involved in the project.• Preparation and submission of Extension of time request to the clients in case of any change requests from the client and the corresponding cost for the extended time as per the Contract conditions set out for the project.• Verification of Contractor’s Procurement schedules, Material schedules, shop drawing schedules, Cash flow and Manpower Histogram as per the Contract Baseline schedule. And review their updated version monthly. Tracking of the Project’s key Performance indicators for the smooth completion of the project.• Review and finalize project closure plan and ensure adherence as per the contract and client satisfaction.
