I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with 9+ years of experience in equipment design, new product development, and manufacturing engineering. My career spans across air pollution control systems, heavy fabrication, and precision machining, where I have consistently delivered solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and production-ready.At Thermax Ltd, I design custom industrial bag filter systems, preparing GA drawings, P & IDs, BOMs, and performing flow & bag filter sizing calculations to ensure efficiency and compliance. I work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, robust, and aligned with international standards.Earlier, as an NPD Manufacturing Engineer, I supported prototype builds, DFM/DFA analysis, and pilot production, while driving process improvements, Kaizen initiatives, and 5S activities that reduced waste and improved efficiency.
