Project kick off, Feasibility Study, strip down analysis, Cost Calculations, BOM, Request for quotation (RFQ), Process request (PR), Purchase order (PO).2. New Line development documentation. E.g. Product variants matrix, Production concept, poka-yoke list, Equipment list, child parts list, child part bin capacity calculation, cycle time sheet, line balancing, cost evaluation.3. Process Improvement by reduction cycle time, tact time, Time Study, Method Study & Line Balancing.4. Productivity improvements by process improvement, reduction in cycle time, automation & line balancing.10. Monthly conducting the 5 \'S\' audit, Process audit, layer process audit.11. Process optimization, Low cost automation, productivity & OEE improvements, and waste elimination.12. Develop and implement the operating process, machines & assembly lines as per the product requirements.13. Poka-yoke identification & implementation.14. Responsible for timely completion of project by planning the man power, machine, materials & resources.
