Key Responsibilities Working on AP Forecast Model file on Weekly basis to report the funds that are required to spend in the following Quarters. Identifying the variances between Prior Forecast to Current Forecast, actuals vs forecast/budget and providing explanations to the Management and Treasury Team accordingly within the cut-off time. Analysis and preparation of Weekly AP Aging reports for updating numbers in AP Forecast Model. Executing Payments file, Processing file and reporting to the management on weekly basis which helps the management for decision making on AP Forecast model. Preparing Payments Tracker, identifying, and adding any urgent payments into tracker and sending it to Treasury Team within the cut-off time for arranging funds in Bank for weekly payments. AP Forecast review calls with Global Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Payable Director on weekly basis. Following up with concerned delivery teams and obtaining Forecast numbers for reporting it on AP Forecast model on weekly basis. Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger and reconciling payable reports each month. Process Payment Batches for both Employees & Suppliers (Oracle R12). Working on Bank Rejections and cash open items. Performing Quality checks to ensure that invoices are correct, and payments are safe and secure. Ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business needs.
