As Essar Future Energy, We are building > 1 MMTPA capacity \"Advance Fuel\" Refinery complex near Salaya Port, Gujarat in India for Essar Energy Transition (EET) business to produce- E-Fuels (Green H2 based E-Methanol & GreenAmmonia)- Advance Biofuels (Biogenic Feedstocks based SAF / HEFA SPK, HVO, Bio-Naphtha, Green LPG) Greenfield Execution: Involved in the Greenfield execution for Essar Future Energy’s advanced fuel Bio-refinery,focusing on the production of sustainable fuels and biofuels. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with management, technology providers, EPC contractors, andvendors to ensure project management goals are met. Owner’s side Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and control, ensuring adherence totimelines, budgets, and quality standards. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks by setting up risk workshops, ensuring the protection ofowner’s value and preventing value erosion throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports/presentation and project documentation, ensuring clearcommunication of project progress, risks, look ahead plan and outcomes to management. Licensor Selection & BEDP Assistance: Collaborated with the technology team in licensor selection and BasicEngineering Design Package (BEDP) activities for key project engineering functions. Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to project management processes, improving efficiency andeffectiveness based on feedback received from various stakeholders. Financial Analysis & Feasibility Studies: Conducted pre-feasibility studies and value engineering, NPV and IRRcalculations for investment evaluation, contributing to Pre-feasibility studies for upcoming Green Moleculeprojects. Feed and product economic projections w.r.t demand and supply. Regulatory work: Involved in obtaining regulatory permission and related compliance’s for new projects.
