Execution in EPC looks structured from the outside.On the inside, it is constant pressure, shifting priorities, and very little room for error.I have spent close to two decades working across EPC, infrastructure, and execution-heavy project environments, where schedules, contracts, and site realities collide every day.Over the years, I have seen capable engineers, planners, and managers struggle not because they lack competence but because processes are unclear, governance is weak, and systems do not support execution.That gap between how EPC projects are supposed to run and how they actually run is what led to EPC Sadhana.Through EPC Sadhana and my professional work, I focus on making EPC execution, project controls, leadership, and systems practical and understandable for people working inside live projects.My experience includes enterprise process design, PMO and MIS frameworks, governance systems, internal audits, and digital workflow implementation across large EPC and infrastructure organizations.
