Daily Dispatches to the customers as against monthly sales targets.Communication of dispatch details to the customers.Inward the Assembled Bearings from the Production against the Production Notes received by them.Stacking the Boxes of FG Bearings Location wise in the Racks with the help of casualsTo keep follow up with Production department for Bearings Sizes which are pending against the Sales orders in ERP.To keep follow up with the Marketing Team for raising the sales Orders in ERP, for the slow & Non Moving materials.Packing of the Export Material as per the sales orders in ERP and Export dispatches with Export Documentation as Export Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, etc.Dealing with Designated Freight Forwarder for Dispatches and smooth clearance of the material through customs.Develop packing C/Boxes for Storage of Bearing type wise.Established SOP in General (Receiving) Store.Monitor day to day activities of Issue – Receipts and consumption (GRN- Issue slip-Packing note- Requisition slips-Return memo-Rejection clearance etc.)Provide Training to each of concerns for handling of material with support of Forklift, Stacker, Hydraulic Pallet, Identification & storage of material, Separation of Shelf life items and care to be taken for storage etc.Co-ordination with vendors for day to day activities/resolving issues.Monitor Min- max level of stock.Co-ordination with planning team for the current stock position and future requirements as per forecast.Storage of Scrap and its disposal Additional Charge being handled (Finished Component Store):Issue of Finished Components to production department against Production orders,Receiving finished Components from production department and stacking it to location.Provide correct and factual data through MIS to the management for better production planning.Implementation of 5S in stores under TPM activity.
