I currently lead the Human Resources Center of Excellence at Physics Wallah, working at the intersection of scale, governance, people productivity, and culture. Over the last 15+ years, my work has focused on building enterprise-ready HR systems that can sustain hyper-growth without losing discipline, compliance, or human intent.At PW, I partner closely with Founders, CXOs, and Business Leaders to design and run end-to-end HR operations for members across 12 group companies, covering HR strategy, payroll & compliance, HR technology, performance management, learning & leadership development, rewards & recognition, and organization scale-up. My role spans both designing systems and executing them at scale, including managing ₹1,600+ Cr annual payroll, leading 40+ HR professionals, and ensuring continuous audit and IPO readiness.A core area of focus has been scaling responsibly—growing the workforce from 900 to while enabling business revenue expansion to ₹3,800+ Cr, optimizing employee cost ratios, and reducing attrition through stronger performance management, leadership capability building, and EVP strengthening. I strongly believe that numbers don’t replace people—but they help leaders take better decisions for people.I am deeply invested in data-driven HR, having built PowerBI-based people and cost dashboards that give real-time visibility to leadership, and in HR technology transformation, including migration to Darwinbox HRMS with large-scale workflow automation and ecosystem integrations. I also work extensively on compensation design, ESOP governance, statutory compliance, and audit excellence, ensuring that growth remains clean, compliant, and sustainable.Beyond systems, I spend significant time on leadership and capability development—designing competency frameworks, OKR-based performance systems, succession planning, and learning journeys for first-time managers, business heads, and senior leaders.
