Developing a sourcing framework (chemicals, spares, equipment & it’s services) to analyze demands,patterns, identifying short- & long-term requirements for price – sensitive articles in each category. Impacting organization profitability through effective strategic management decisions & planning.Leading, training & mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of targets. Capability in striking excellent coordination with all involved divisions within the organizations including. planning, Exim, Material management, R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, Finance, Audit and Procurement. Weekly PR’s reviews with planning and plant team on priorities and ensuring 100% OTIF (on time in full) for Lab procurement. Vendor development for Lab procurement, technical services and Lab chemicals, Plasticware, Glassware with better price, quality and service.
