I am Ganesh Gajjala, Proactive professional offering over 28 of extensive experience. Over these year I have held responsibilities at various capacities in array of functions viz. operations management, project delivery management, quality assurance, etc. Domain expertise include Ad operations, Web Development, Creative Development and Book/Journal Publication Operation As Delivery Manager I am Managing the ad- operation content for print and digital. Till date I have efficiently managed the production schedules and quality of Graphics, XML and Pagination Department. I have been instrumental in executing 2 Six Sigma Projects Graphics TT Reduction and Cycle time for internal department; Implementing FMEA in pre-editing {XML} to bring consistency in customer quality rating, Gauge R&R, approach to bring down variation between technical editing Black Belt in Six Sigma from Anexas; Green Belt in Six Sigma from ISI, Bangalore and Subject matter expert in Pre-Media I have demonstrated abilities in devising strategies and streamlining operation with key focus on achievement of production targets within time, cost and quality parameters; Mobilize resources to ensure optimal utilization of resources with key focus on bottom line profitability. My ability to contribute towards cost optimization and providing inputs for the short and long term strategic planning has earned me recognition as coherent professional. Completing assigned work in set time limits has always been priority and key to my growth. Highly organized, dedicated and hardworking, defines me as an individual.
