Maintaining nearly Servers installed with Windows 2019/ 2012 servers across US East and Canada location. Maintaining Active Directory infrastructure, with users, groups and OU management\\\\n• Server and Citrix desktop Build and Decommission task as per customers requirement. Approving critical and security Windows patches on monthly cycle on both prod and non-prod servers through WSUS console. Migrating of using Vmotion performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations\\\\n• Successfully implemented new network environment and tested the DR site (AD, DNS, DHCP & MacAfee Antivirus Production) based on client’s requirement. Adding HDD space in Existing Disk or providing separated HDD to VM /NIC as per customer request. Managing ESXi servers and Nutanix clusters\\\\n• Act as the central communication point for Design and Communicate the service support plans in Windows Admin domain. Communicate the business impact of major incidents and prioritize based on business impact to the client. Monitoring troubleshooting and managing business continuity in AD DS services\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
