Being an IMBA Graduate, I want to learn and experience real job role of HR domain in corporate world. Majorly focusing on Recruitment, Operations management and relationship management. I have an experience of 9 months in an NGO named Aashman Foundation, wherein lead the roles as a recruiter, Interviewer, Process patner, Mis and as an Assistant supervisor wherein i have lead 6 teams of 20 candidates in a group. Now, i was looking to explore the IT / non IT sector which helps me to understand the present scenerio of this corporate world.
