About Jason Quinley

My long-term interests are in leveraging mathematical models of strategic interaction to help others navigate uncertainty. This includes data science, operations research, risk management,negotiation consulting, and financial analysis, whether done in academia, the public, or private sector. My background is highly analytical and interdisciplinary, with an emphasis on mathematical modeling in social and cognitive science using Game Theory, the mathematics of interactive decisions. This includes my doctoral work on the game-theoretic foundations of trust, cooperation, and politeness; articles written on computational modeling and simulations, deception, and reputation; and innovative courses I\'ve designed or co-created.
