Outside Microsoft, I co-founded Track Attack, helped build Racer on Rails into a nationally recognized motorsports business, and compete as a national-level race driver.    Lead Games and Content Production across major studio and franchise priorities, with accountability spanning product execution, quality, content, partner alignment, and organizational health.Led the development and launch of Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation 5, one of the most strategically important multiplatform efforts across Turn 10, Playground Games, and Xbox Game Studios during the period. Helped deliver a breakout PS5 launch with significant commercial and strategic impact, while coordinating execution across internal leaders, partner teams, and external developers.Helped drive the turnaround of Forza Motorsport by focusing on quality, development effectiveness, and product authenticity across Systems, Rendering, Production Technology, and Tools, while also contributing to content direction and media quality. Supported a stronger player response and healthier product trajectory within the first year following launch.Played an active leadership role in rebuilding trust, team health, and production effectiveness following significant organizational change, with the Production organization emerging as a bright spot in employee sentiment and culture.
