Connected Learning offers an end-to-end learning service that combines consulting, specialist content, and learning delivery, building on the capability developed for clients to help improve individual and organisational performance. I’m responsible for leading the design of the go-to-market end to end solution. I work with internal subject matter experts, clients, and suppliers to design and shape a consistent and innovative learning solution; with a specific focus on experience, service and technology. My responsibilities include: • Leading the design of the operating model and business architecture for KPMG and client solutions • Working with key account teams on business development. Scoping opportunities, developing compelling and winning proposals • Liaising with operational and technology capability teams to give that team the information that they need to design blueprint to support the operating model, and ensuring that this is fit for purpose • Liaising with commercial and risk teams to give that team the information needed to co-develop cost models, commercial options and risk profile • Lead the delivery of high-quality client project work for engagements, managing transformation workstreams comprised of specialist team members • Deliver business outcomes through identification of needs and project management of comprehensive solutions including the evaluation of effectiveness. • Provide specialist learning solution advice and work closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver large learning programmes. • Act as a subject matter expert in advising clients on learning solutions to meet their outcomes and maximise benefits while reducing risk. • Generate thought leadership, delivering a viewpoint in the market to both create new thinking and drive new business opportunities. •Working collaboratively with different parts of KPMG\'s businesses and supply partners
