   Serve as Principal Consultant for Slalom’s largest public service client and power utility, Arizona Public Services (APS), controlling 1.4M homes and businesses in 11 of Arizona\'s 15 counties. Manage a $12M Energy Management System (EMS) upgrade project, supervising a team of 50 resources and directly overseeing seven Project Managers and Business Analysts. Address security-related issues and comply with defined industry standards for organizational growth and success.
