ABOUT LORENZO GALLÌ

The role of HR should be to produce evidence-based insights on organizational life to make informed people-related and business decisions. The old approaches of \"gut feel\" and \"doing what everybody else is doing\" are not sufficient anymore. We should be making decisions based on evidence, not hunches. I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist that uses data analytics and behavioral science to understand the needs of organizations, groups and people at work, in order to develop evidence-based HR and management solutions. As an HR professional, my contribution to organizational success is through the improvement of employees\' work experience, performance, leadership and career. My goal is to empower people to collaborate more effectively and to realize their full potential, both as individuals and as team members. My philosophy is to do so through the conscientious, explicit and judicious use of the best available evidence, to make more efficient and accountable decisions. Specialties: People Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Talent Management, Potential Assessment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Coaching, Recruiting and Selection, Leadership Development, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Advanced Statistics, Survey Development.
