Throughout my 25 years career experience in IT within 5 countries, both as freelance & enterprise leader, I have helped several companies deliver results, turning roadblocks into solutions and instability into clear vision. I am now leading a community of 1300 Program directors, project managers, Client Delivery Executives and PMOs located in France, delivering programs across multiple technologies and industry sectors (Financial services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing).My passion for coaching, learning & development, training and inspiring helped me build a new AI training program and AI methodology for program management.My core competencies include creating vision and strategy within innovation, team management, upskilling and development, large scale program management, digital programs, resource management, organizational development, marketing strategies, contract negotiations, operation, planning, governance & risk/change management,A clear focus on client & vendor relationship management, sales support & business process reengineering, restructuring and offshoring, I am passionate about culture change and adoption of GEN AI new ways of working.
