About Galina Barshay

My passion is to help people develop the skills necessary to create a positive balance in all areas of their lives. I help them recognize their moods in the moment and, when beneficial, to transform them from negative to positive. I also love to help people learn more deeply about their relationships, and to acknowledge that the most fulfilling relationships start with knowing and loving oneself. Before taking formal coach training, I helped many friends and family members achieve emotional well-being in their lives. As a student at the Refuah Institute, I enhanced my natural ability to empower people to find the best solutions for their challenges, to understand themselves, and to achieve their goals. I earned my American Association of Professional Coaches Certification in 2017 and am excited to now hold a Certification in what I have been doing my whole life. I speak fluent Russian and can understand Yiddish. I value the opportunity to work with clients and share my knowledge, and feel that you will find me to be an enthusiastic supporter of your life goals. I use my personal journey and unique blend of NLP, Dr. Burns teaching and Erickson approach to help clients overcome limiting beliefs and unlock their potential.
