I am uniquely experienced as Developer, QA engineer, Application Support Engineer, Agile Project Manager and as Development Leader to help companies, teams and team members solve challenging problems and achieve their organizational and career goals. I lead by example and believe in earning respect through my actions and contributions.As a Certified Scrum Master and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Consultant with experience in managing and facilitating high performing agile teams I enjoy coaching and transitioning teams and their leaders to Agile methodologies, empowering teams to own their development and release process to successfully deliver software products and solutions in a sustainable fashion. I worked with CEO, CTO, Other organizational leadership, Product Owners and Managers, Project Managers, Customer Support and other stakeholders to help manage product portfolios, formulate product strategies, estimate program and projects and prioritize tasks at team level to sign off major releases. Bridged teams across organization to resolve dependencies. Brainstormed and worked with leadership and teams to modify process to make teams more efficient and effective. At Nimbix, now acquired by Atos, I transformed the engineering team to adopt agile development and release process to produce High-Performance Computing (HPC) platform software incrementally and frequently, working and partnering closely with our clients to meet their needs.Whether a start-up or a large corporation, I think all companies can improve their teams, products and product delivery when they believe and understand the purpose of their work and how they can produce them with high performing teams.
