I have over a decade of experience as a change agent and trusted advisor, successfully scaling global projects, programs, and operations valued at over $100M for the private sector and the Department of Defense.I am passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement, particularly in digital transformations. I excel in aligning technology projects with strategic visions through close collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams, ensuring on-time delivery by understanding stakeholder requirements and utilizing objective KPIs and metrics.Outside of my professional life, I have been part of results-oriented teams as a former performer with the NBA\'s Seattle SuperSonics Boom Squad and an active member of the renowned Seattle-based urban dance group, Massive Monkees. I am committed to empowering and enriching community youth through volunteer work, helping them realize their full potential through dance.Lastly, I love to travel and spent my adulthood living in four countries and traveling to over 40. I now reside in Seattle, WA, with my beautiful wife and two incredible children, and I am excited to build roots in this beautiful city.
