   2022- Led Microsoft 365 security remediation efforts by developing a roadmap and RACI, completing deliverables ahead of schedule, and presenting executive-level risk summaries- Rescued a delayed EtherFAX implementation by redefining scope, aligning with stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end project and support documentation- Managed Mimecast SEG policies and mail flow, while leading the rollout of DMARC enforcement, including SPF and DKIM standardization across all sending domains.2023- Reduced employee onboarding time by 85% by automating the provisioning through the integration of Workday, Okta, and scripting mailbox creation and license assignment. I completed that employee life cycle management by automating the deprovisioning of users of through automation via Powershell scripting.
