Doing this is hard.Sometimes this comes in the form of creating, deleting, or adapting organizational processes and programs. Sometimes it’s just a facilitated conversation amongst really smart people and helping to close the gap between knowing and doing. How this materializes is highly dependent on business context, people involved, relevance, practicality, and the available tools or resources. I love people analytics, strategy, research, building programs, problem solving, facilitating, and rebuilding or destroying programs for the benefit of the organization. Humans are learning machines, change is constant, and businesses like to win.
