I’m a builder at heart: of products, processes, and programs that work. With a background in large-scale delivery, I specialize in making the complex feel simple and driving real progress in fast-moving environments.I bring structure to ambiguity, clarity to cross-functional teams, and momentum to programs that need to move. My experience spans end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce, always with a focus on delivering scalable solutions that bring real value to users and the business.I was an early contributor to two Agentforce programs now live in production, helping design intelligent, context-aware agents and developing strong prompting skills to guide LLM behavior. I\'m known for bridging business needs with technical execution, keeping delivery grounded in what matters most.I recently moved to New York City (please send restaurant recommendations my way) and brought my rescue pup Tuna along for the ride (she joined my life from Costa Rica back in 2022). I\'m Bosnian by descent, travel back home often, and feel most at peace by the sea or out exploring somewhere new.

   Life Update: Moved to NYC in May 2025- I lead the business side of large Salesforce programs across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. I guide delivery from idea to implementation and make sure what we build actually makes sense for the business, the users, and the long term- I’m the go-to person for process mapping and workflow design. I break down complex, messy processes and help redesign them into something cleaner, faster, and easier for teams to actually use- I build intelligent agents using Prompt Builder and Agentforce, writing instructions and logic that help frontline teams get the right insights at the right time. The goal is always to make their day-to-day simpler and more impactful.
