   E2e Engineer To Empower

   The mission of E2E™ is to help girls become empowered, confident, and assertive engineers who impact their communities through a mechanical design project. • Founded a nonprofit organization from the ground up. Incorporated organization, achieved 501C3 status approval, developed path to ensure legal compliance of the organization (annual report, certificate of solicitation, 990-N) • Responsible for leading the vision, priorities, goals, and structure of the organization. Developed fundraising plans, budget documents, 3-year strategy plans, theory of change, pitch, and presentations for major donors and external partners. • Selected and led a team of six staff members to complete workshop and 3-month long program development. • Formed critical partnerships with 10+ organizations and spoke at events to receive 50+ of our first donations.• Reached 100+ students in first year of the organization through engaging workshops and public speaking opportunities.• Recruited students, developed and taught engineering workshops for a recurring program extending over four months.
