ABOUT GAL GREEN

I have over six years of experience as a product manager and founder specializing in insurance. I am skilled in management, marketing, business development, and goal setting, and I use these competencies to create and deliver value for customers and stakeholders.As the founder of YOW, I led a team of developers, designers, and marketers to build software solutions that help businesses achieve their objectives and key results (OKRs). I was responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our products and growing our customer base, revenue, and brand awareness. Previously, I was an innovation manager at Gur Insurance, developing and implementing new products and services that enhanced the customer experience and increased loyalty. I also have a digital marketing and project management background, having worked for Four Seasons Financial Planning by IBI. I hold a pension marketer license issued by the Israel Ministry of Finance and have completed certifications in OKRs, leadership, and machine learning. I am fluent in English and Hebrew.
