Over time, the experience and insights gained in this client-facing role enabled me to transition into a Product Developer position, where I played an integral part in designing, building, and enhancing the company\'s software products.As a Product Developer, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative features, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure product scalability. My background in technical support gave me a unique perspective on user requirements, helping to guide product development in a way that directly addressed client pain points and improved overall product quality.At CSOD, I was able to leverage my technical expertise to not only resolve immediate client issues but also contribute to long-term product evolution, improving user experience and delivering value for both customers and the business.
