ABOUT GAJENDRA SINGH

Gajendra K Singh with background in Engineering, Environment, Planning and Project Construction Management, Mr. Singh brings environmentally sustainable urban developments of Industrial, Urban / Rural area planning, Infrastructure, and housing projects to his role as a Team Leader. His experience includes all aspects of Project formulation, conceptualization, planning and execution and multiple small and large scales ranging from regional plans, master plans, Zonal Plans, TOD concept, carrying capacity assessments, EIA, EMP, Development regulations and implementation plans and guidelines. Over the past 20 years, Mr. GKS has taken a lead role in successfully formulation, designing, and implementing of appropriate planning theories in India and Middle east country like Oman. The diversity of his experience enables him to be very responsive to a client’s needs and transfer knowledge of best practices as well as provide practical solutions to unforeseen challenges in a project formulation, design, and implementation. As it relates to projects like PCPIR, KNMIZ, Industrial Development of HSIDC in Haryana, Corridor development of MSRDC, Maharashtra, Eco-sensitive Zones of M.P. Mr. Singh has been actively involved as the lead planner in various master planning and Infra projects. He is responsible for the overall project coordination that will cover all conceptual facets of the project including preliminary planning, market and financial feasibility studies, land use and overall master plan, subdivision planning, design guidelines, infrastructure planning, transportation planning and environmental impact assessment and management Plans.
