ABOUT GAJENDRA PIPALIWAL
Recently I was involved in a research called \'Interrupted Learning and Fragile Attendance(ILFA)\' that is seeking evidence gaps about the patterns and causes of irregularity of children in schools.Previously, I was a Resource Person at Azim Premji Foundation, working with various stakeholders at the grassroots level. My expertise lies in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, Social Science Education, Developing Constitutional Values in Adolescents and Youth, Educational Policy & Educational Perspectives. Prior to this role, I was an Associate at Field Institute Tonk, where I worked on improving classroom practices in government schools and addressing issues in public education.I have done M.A. in Education from Azim Premji University. This course helped to gain knowledge, skills, and attitude toward the public education system in India. Course during this course was focused on Educational perspectives; sociological, historical, political, economic, & philosophical, Research Skills; Quantitative and Qualitative, Focus Area; School, Organization, and Leadership Management. During this course, I did field work and internships with Azim Premji Foundation and Government Functionaries at various levels. My thesis was titled,\"Understanding the Perspectives of Education Functionaries on NEP 2020: with special focus on School Education and Teacher Education.\"
