Experienced professional ( Consultant, Trg Coordinator and Recruitment) with 28+ years of experience. Building strategic partnerships with verious Government orgnizations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) and NGOs in the field of Security planning, DRR, Community Training, Recruitment Processess and HR Management. Also leading the recruitment process and supervision of training (Industrial Security and Manpower Management). Presently serving in Govt sector with an experience in Aviation, Sea Port, Mining, Thermal Power, Administration, Recruitment and Training Sectors.
