Managing infra for more than 55 thousand customers. Played major Role in backup migration from Netbackup to Commvault and Commvault to Cohesity. Achieved Multiple Peer to Peer Award for outstanding performance. Ensure accurate and appropriate information is captured in ServiceNow and Encore ticketing tool.
