Responsible for Production, activities of Power train trimming shop.• Accomplishment of productivity and dispatch targets.• Training and development of subordinates• Establishing the Power train assembly process and initial production norms as per FPT standards.• Monitoring section performance to meet the budgeted targets defined as per the World Class Manufacturing scorecard.• To build a team spirit and motivation by personal involvement, training, job enrichment and appreciations.• Co-ordination of machine installation activities at the beginning of the project.• Manpower evolution and recruitment co-ordination.• Implementation of master plan for WCM activities and documentation part.• Co-ordination between all related internal departments (Logistics, maintenance, production, quality etc.) for World Class Manufacturing system implementation.• Implementation of TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
