Manage HRIS system, data integrity, data management and to ensure that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date. •Provide an effective and efficient payroll and/or HRIS service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees’ salaries. •Performs day-to-day operations that include research, review, analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the HRIS System. •Handle data changes like employee transfers, promotions, Compensation, Job type, Location Change, etc •Manage Time and Absence and process reports and EIB on regular basis. • Worked on I9 and employment verification forms to process background checks. Also, updated the employee performance rating in the database annually. • As a Leave management administration, maintained employee records related to leaves of absences in accordance with company policies and procedures. •Preparing reports for vendor payments on weekly basis and process ACH to proceed with payments. •Support HR and Payroll team to document requirements, assist them functional escalations and verify Quality process thoroughly through checklists, standards Etc.•Researched and responded to inquiries in Service Now regarding wages, payroll adjustments, Absence & PTO (US & Canada). •Support Client in performing test cases related to Paid Time Off to update the system accordingly.•Preparing Payroll audit reports by validating employees health benefits with paychecks to avoid any pay related issues before payroll cut off.
