I’m an entrepreneur and marketing leader with 15+ years of experience across advertising, higher education, and digital platforms in India and the UAE. My work has consistently focused on one thing: simplifying complex decisions through strong brand systems and honest communication.I’m currently the Founder & CEO of StudentSaathi, a purpose-driven platform helping students navigate college discovery and career decisions with verified information, real student voices, and peer-led support. StudentSaathi exists to reduce confusion, bias, and misinformation in one of the most critical decisions of a young person’s life.Before this, I served as Chief Marketing Officer at ImaginXP, leading national brand and growth initiatives for one of India’s leading higher-education platforms. Prior to that, I was Group Head – Marketing at JNU Group, where I oversaw brand and growth strategy across universities, schools, and hospitals, including the launch of JNU’s international campus in the UAE.I began my career in advertising with agencies such as Cheil Worldwide, Publicis, and Rediffusion, working on large-scale mandates for brands like Samsung and Airtel. Over the years, I’ve worked across agency, startup, and enterprise environments—giving me a grounded, execution-first view of marketing and leadership.Outside my core work, I run a tech-focused YouTube channel (@TechyGajaesh, 27K+ subscribers), where I share insights on technology, digital tools, and emerging trends. I’m also building a podcast exploring stories of business, purpose, and transformation.Raised in an Indian Army family, I grew up across multiple cities—an experience that shaped my adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and long-term thinking.
