About Me: I am a native Midwesterner devoted to my family, friends, and dachshunds. I love spending time working in my garden, trying new restaurants and red wines, having a good workout and attending local theater.My career: An experienced People Business Partner who has worked in insurance, publishing and the arts with specialization in DEI, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. I am fortunate to be a part of an organization who tapped me to build the diversity, equity and inclusion program at AXIS. I am passionate about my role and realistic about the work that lies ahead.
