More than 30 years of experience in the human resources field having served in positions from Personnel Clerk; Personnel Assistant; Personnel Administrator; Human Resources Manager; and AVP, Sr. Human Resources Manager. Managed the delivery of human resources services including: staff planning; acquisition; deployment; development, compensation and benefits; records preparation and retention; conflict resolution; employee relations/labor relations; health and safety; Affirmative Action compliance; union negotiation, union avoidance for diverse organizations in multiple locations to include international assignment to the Middle East. Performed full range of managerial duties for employees supervised, including recruitment, salary administration, performance reviews, coaching/counseling, and employee development. Strategic HR experience includes designing and implementing HR processes and policies for the relocation and start-up of a manufacturing facility. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Ms. Wesline has been a Past Secretary/Treasurer, President Elect, President and Past President of the Tennessee Valley Human Resources Association (400 members), Board Member of the Tennessee State Council for Human Resources, Member of the East Tennessee Compensation Association, and Member of the Oak Ridge Human Resources Association.
