We are going against the trend in outplacement / career transition services, by continuing to focus on extensive, one-on-one virtual support for individuals in transition, rather than a simple generic schedule of pre-recorded webinars as the foundation for support. As a Senior Career Consultant I conduct workshops on managing change, building resumes, interview skills and job search and I also work one on one with clients to aid in their job search and provide assistance with resumes/cover letters. I have been involved in large scale company restructurings working onsite to support management teams, and aid employees with their career transition who are on working notice. I have a passion for helping people and believe that their success is my success.
