ABOUT GAIL WALLER
I have over 18 years of experience in the field of counseling, academic advising, career services, recruiting, and teaching in higher education. I have worked with nontraditional and underrepresented students, high school and college students in areas including: business, liberal arts, engineering, medical, education and the trades. I am MBTI qualified, GCDF certified and currently serve as a board member for the Minnesota Career Development Association. My background also includes business management, marketing, hiring, training, and supervision Green Dot and QPR certifications. I have a passion for working with students to help them succeed in college and to go on to a successful career in their chosen field. My objective is to connect with other higher education professionals to share ideas about best practices and possible employment opportunities.
