Experienced, creative, and highly accomplished professional with proven skills in management, administration, operations, marketing, development, and program operations. Hard working and results-oriented individual dedicated to the advancement of mission driven for profit and nonprofit organizations. Expertise in administration, HR, payroll, publications, vendor management, web site, and marketing. Specific Accomplishments Co-Founder and Partner at Catalyst Projects LLC. Launched on January 1, 2013, Catalyst Projects has organized several panel discussions, workshops and exhibitions including;\'Miami Art Fairs, Real Deal or Hype?\' and \'Art and Acquisition, A Conversation with Artists and their Collectors\'; an art book swap; and a happy hour event where the DC art community came together to share their thoughts on the state of the arts in the region. Exhibitions include \'Wet Dreams - Contemporary use of water based mediums\',\'Exposure - Experiments in Photography\',\'The Straight - Contemporary Geometric Abstraction\',\'Identimorph - Identity Portraits\', and \'Sensations - Bryan Lewis Saunders and Nicole Bailey\'. Assisted in partnership between the Washington Printmakers Gallery and the UK Government to create an international art exchange program with Belfast Print Workshop in Belfast, Ireland. Elevated the stature of the Washington Printmakers Gallery by developing relationships with local curators, galleries, artists, arts organizations, museums and exhibition spaces. Coordinated the foundation grant program for Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation, co-founder of the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize-winning International Campaign to Ban Landmines. Raised over in corporate and foundation grants for international humanitarian organization.
