I am a Senior HR Leader with more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services and Professional Services across the UK, Middle East, and Asia. At KPMG Lower Gulf, I served as CHRO and led the integration of HR functions for a newly created firm, bringing together teams across seven countries.My career includes senior leadership roles with Barclays and Standard Chartered, working closely with Boards and executive teams to deliver growth, lead transformation, and strengthen culture. I focus on results: building high-performing organisations where people feel included, talent thrives, and business goals are achieved.As a certified executive coach, I bring an interest in leadership psychology, resilience, and well-being. Having returned to the UK after two decades abroad, I offer a global perspective and deep experience in transformation and culture, helping organisations succeed today and sustain performance for the future.
