ABOUT GAIL REINHART
Being the youngest of 13 and growing up on a 500 acre farm in Northwest Ohio helped me learn from an early age how to work hard, compete, and interact with different personalities. It also fueled my enjoyment of working outdoors. It took me three colleges and degree changes to find my path into the landscape industry and horticulture, but it was a great learning experience and journey I needed to take.Once I settled into the landscape/green industry, teamwork, training, and employee growth became an integral part of my career and with over 20 years of experience I have gained diverse knowledge of all these aspects having worked at Golf Courses, Retail and Nursery Garden Centers, and other Landscape Companies here in Ohio and out of state. My drive each day is to continue to improve and utilize my experience in order to help the team continue to learn and grow, while pushing to create new solutions, in order to achieve our set goals.
