I love books—writing them, reading them, and helping others get their books out into the world. Over the past fifteen years, I have helped over 100 helpers and healers write and publish their books. I\'m a big believer in the power of writing—especially journalling. It\'s the beginning of a beautiful journey with yourself and a mindful practice that can bring clarity and comfort. I also look after a wonderful brand, Loss Books, where we publish a series of personalised bereavement books. The books, written by author Kate Polley, are sent worldwide to help younger children and families create memories.
