ABOUT GAIL PADISH-CLARIN
Experienced Doctor of Audiology, healthcare leader and academic faculty member with passion for clinical best practices, quality and patient safety, excellent patient care, teaching, training, mentoring, and navigating the landscape of service delivery. I have a unique skill set as a clinical audiologist, professor of audiology, trainer, and leader and have built strong teams in non-profit and for-profit settings. I have a track record for building strong and engaged teams and meeting/exceeding training, quality, and financial targets. I am experienced in operations and new business development. I have served on multiple system and enterprise level teams to cross-collaborate with partners to develop and implement unique solutions to service delivery barriers. I am a continuous learner and enjoy teaching and mentoring others. I have taught a number of residential and online audiology courses to audiology doctoral candidates and have supervised audiology students in clinical rotations within and outside of the university setting. I am a certified yoga instructor with special interest in complimentary modalities to improving and maintaining balance.
