ABOUT GAIL OYER

I have a degree in Foods & Nutrition, multiple specialty area Certifications as a Health Coach and am a trained \'Your Diabetes, Your Heart\' Facilitator. In the “art world”, I am known as Mercedes. I have grown a diverse set of skills, experience and qualities that have helped me excel at outstanding customer service and in sales in various positions. As a Health Coach I help clients clarify doable action steps, supply education, ‘tools’ and inspiration to follow individualized, scientifically proven ‘roadmaps’ to get them where they want to go with their overall health. I ‘m skilled in motivational interviewing, positive psychology, mindset & mindfulness and appreciative inquiry. As a Health Coach, I’ve worked remotely using telephonic and video conferencing options to facilitate private coaching sessions and also provide text and chat coaching communication. As an acknowledged creative, I am currently most recognized for my oil paintings. In the past, I enjoyed the business experience as owner and being ‘Mercedes’ of Mercedes Glass, a line of woman\'s high-end fashion accessories sold in fine department stores such as Nordstrom & Saks Fifth Avenue & high quality boutiques across the US. With Rodan + Fields- I\'ve enjoyed earning supplemental income growing a loyal customer base, working with a team and continually increasing skill in customer service & sales, building relationships, time management, prioritization, and communication. I’ve especially enjoyed the personal development, leadership and entrepreneurial training and have consistently ranked in the top 4% in sales. A \'highlight’ business experience that required maximization of time management and prioritization with the ‘wearing of all hats’ was with the - at that time - fast paced, growing start up - SUPcore and the SUPcore Academy.
