She has more than 30 years transactional and capital markets experience gained as the Chief Legal Officer of a growth orientated publicly traded financial services group and as a securities partner at a national law firm.Gail\'s experience with corporate, crown and not-for-profit boards has provided her with a deep understanding of complex regulated industries as well as multiple stakeholder environments.
