Na Plant IT Operations Manager @Ford Motor Company

Manages all infrastructure/operational support with ultimate responsibility to oversee Plant IT staffs at 16 of the 35 Vehicle Assembly, Powertrain and Stamping Manufacturing Plants in the US, Canada and Mexico. 10 Plants are classified as Critical and of those responsible for 7 of the Top 10 critical plants. Departments consist of the local Plant IT manager and their support staffs who are responsible for direct support for all IT services at one or more sites, including the planning, implementation and support of all IT systems and physical infrastructure. The critical sites include 24X7 operations and support of critical business functions. In addition, functions as the NA Manufacturing Cyber Security Representative and responsible for strategy and implementation of Digitization/Paperless plans for all the plants. In 2021, responsible for a 5% reduction of printers in the NA plants. In 2022, instrumental in the Launching the 1st Paperless Factory of Tomorrow Plant at the Ford Rouge Electric Vehicle Center where Ford Motor Company builds the 2022 Ford F150 Lightening.
