Identified and led solution for over usage of material (Thermal Plastic Sheets) which has led to a large amount of scrap left over and in the plant. Work within a team and trained maintenance technicians,supervisors and operators on new procedures. Developed Non Conforming review system and non conformance tracking for trends. Created product quality awareness quides to be used to train operators on known quality issues. Created trouble shooting guides for operators and provided training.
