On-Site Event Delivery• Act as an on-site representative for Cricket Scotland during events.• Collaborate with Cricket Scotland staff and departments to manage event logistics and planning.• Oversee event-day activities, including match operations, guest experience, and venue activations.• Support event officials, volunteers, and support staff to ensure effective event execution.Site Build & Infrastructure Coordination• Work closely with the Cricket Operations Manager(COM) in preparing venues according to event specifications.• Assist in overseeing the installation of event infrastructure, including ticketing booths, marquees, seating, and activation zones.• Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and health and safety regulations.Venue Agreements & Compliance• Support the COM in ensuring that all host venue agreements (MOU’s) are adhered to and coordinate with venues to fulfil agreed terms.• Liaise with venue staff, suppliers to confirm adherence to Cricket Scotland\'s operational and safety standards.• Document venue compliance with contractual obligations before, during, and after each event.Compliance with ICC Minimum Standards• Assist the COM in ensuring all events meet International Cricket Council (ICC) minimum standards.• Review checklists and operational guidelines to ensure compliance across all areas, including match officiating, security, and infrastructure.Budget & Financial Oversight and Reporting• Support the COM in managing event budgets, tracking expenditures, ensuring expenses align with pre-approved financial plans, post-event financial reporting and analysis.Key Relationships• Cricket Operations Manager• Performance Pathway Manager• Commercial Manager• Head of Media and Communications• Marketing & Social Media Executive• Head of Finance & Administration• ICC Event Staff• External Stakeholders
